Ruben Alcivar

Ruben Alcivar has extensive experience in stadium operations and event management, currently serving as Stadium Operations Lead for the Los Angeles Dodgers since April 2022, following a role as Stadium Operations Assistant. Prior experience includes a position as NFL Mobility Assistant at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park in February 2022, and a role as Marketing Ambassador at Welk Resorts from January 2019 to July 2020. Ruben began in operations with The Sanctuary Church from January 2014 to April 2017, assisting with event setup and breakdown. Ruben holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Alliant International University-San Diego Campus, completed in 2019.
