Will Ireton

Will Ireton is an accomplished professional in baseball operations with extensive experience in player management and strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Japanese Player Operations and Strategy for the Los Angeles Dodgers since February 2016, Will Ireton has held progressive roles within the organization, including Manager and Coordinator of Performance Operations. Prior to this, Will Ireton contributed as an Interpreter for the World Baseball Classic with Team Philippines, overseeing critical operational aspects during the qualifier. Will Ireton's background includes managing Japanese MLB and NPB players at Yoshimoto Sports and Entertainment, interning with the New York Yankees and Texas Rangers, and playing for the Philippines National Team. Will Ireton holds a B.S. in Business with a focus on International Management from Menlo College and attended Occidental College.
