Brandon Manor is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at UCLA School of Dentistry since March 2024. Previously, Brandon held the position of Manager of Treasury & Finance Administration at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority from June 2022 to March 2023. Brandon's career highlights include significant roles at the Child Care Resource Center, where responsibilities included producing financial statements and managing lease accounting in accordance with ASC 842, and at Capstone Turbine Corporation, focusing on external financial reporting and strategic planning. Earlier experiences encompass extensive financial management positions at Countrywide Home Loans, DTS, Inc., and Affinity Group, Inc., where expertise spanned treasury functions, compliance, and general accounting. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, earned between 1990 and 1993.

Together with families, schools and the community, LAEP facilitates access to and opportunities for quality educational and wellness practices so that children thrive from diapers to diplomas. LAEP focuses on two areas that consistently demonstrate positive impact on student achievement: • Transforming schools to expand the capacity of educators, students, and community to share responsibility for producing college and career ready graduates and sustainable change. • Reaching children in early childhood to promote their healthy development and build parents’ capacity to prepare their children for success in school.
