Erin Carpenter is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in customer service, training, and sports management. Currently a student at Accelerated Sports Career Academy, Erin focuses on revenue generation, ticket operations, and CRM. As a Guest Experience Representative for the Los Angeles Football Club, Erin excels in providing exceptional customer service at Banc of California Stadium. Additionally, Erin has held roles as a Security Officer at Warner Bros. Entertainment and as a Training Specialist at Disney Consumer Products, demonstrating a commitment to both safety and education. Previously, Erin worked in Resort Transportation and Parking for The Walt Disney Company. Erin holds degrees in Geography and Environmental Studies from California State University-San Bernardino and San Diego State University.
