Paula Taylor, MSW, CCM, currently serves as a Health Care Navigator at USVETS Long Beach since November 2022 and as a Trainer/Presenter at Los Angeles Harbor College since May 2022, where responsibilities include mentoring social work interns and developing case management tools. Prior experience includes roles as a Complex Case Manager at Molina Healthcare and a Manager of Care Management, where Paula implemented policies for integrated care management and assisted low-income Medicaid members. Additional experience encompasses complex care management for geriatric populations at SCAN Health Plan, HIV case management at Whitman-Walker Clinic, and clinical social work internships in cancer and behavioral health settings. Paula holds an MSW with a specialization in clinical social work and healthcare from The Catholic University of America and a B.A. in Communications-Journalism and Anthropology from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
