Rasel Manlapaz-Menendez, CPA, is a seasoned financial administrator with extensive experience in higher education and auditing. Currently serving as the College Financial Administrator at Los Angeles Harbor College since November 2021, Rasel previously held similar roles at West Los Angeles College, where responsibilities included overseeing business office operations and providing technical advice in accounting and budget maintenance. With prior experience as an Audit Manager at both Simpson and Simpson CPAs and KPMG US, Rasel managed multiple audit engagements, advised on technical issues, and communicated financial deficiencies to clients. Rasel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines.
