Sarah Whitman

Sarah Whitman is an accomplished public administrator with extensive experience in domestic violence and homelessness policy. Currently serving as Senior Coordinator for Domestic Violence System Alignment at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority since August 2022, Sarah previously held multiple roles focused on policy development, community engagement, and stakeholder collaboration, including positions at Rainbow Services, Ltd. and ADAO. A skilled grant writer and resource creator, Sarah has demonstrated leadership as Co-Chair of the DVHSC Systems and Funding Committee and has contributed significantly to various organizations through cross-sectoral projects and innovative initiatives. Sarah holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Sociology, and Black Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
