Va Lecia Adams Kellum

Va Lecia Adams Kellum, Ph.D., currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this, Va Lecia Adams Kellum was the President and CEO of St. Joseph Center from March 2008 until December 2023. Educationally, Va Lecia Adams Kellum earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology from Stanford University, a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
