Vince Hruska

Vince Hruska is the Director at Los Angeles Mission. Vince has over 15 years of experience in the banking and payments industry, consulting to various firms on banking products, payments and pricing. Vince has an extensive background in payments, including ACH, debit cards, credit cards and B2B transactions. Vince has also managed product development, product management, pricing committee management, sales team management, growth strategies and the regulatory/compliance aspects of products and payments.

Prior to their current role, Vince was the Senior Vice President of Product Strategies for City National Bank, where they managed the strategy, development, delivery and pricing of bank products and services serving individuals, private clients and businesses. In this role, they were also responsible for the P&L, vendor, product strategy and product roadmap responsibilities for the credit card business. Vince led a team of product professionals and was responsible for rate setting and fee pricing for all assigned deposit products and loans, profitability, business case development and internal sales of new product development initiatives.

Under Vince’s leadership, the cards business at City National Bank grew at double-digit growth rates for 10+ years. Vince is a highly respected leader in the banking and payments industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their current role as Director at Los Angeles Mission.

Vince Hruska attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 1982-1984 where they completed a 2 year bank management program.
