Amy Kirkland is a seasoned leader in arts education and narrative consultancy, currently serving as Co-Founder and Director of Story Impact at Protagonist | Ink, where the focus is on helping creators articulate their stories and impact. In addition, Amy is the Managing Director of Decoda, an artist-led collective dedicated to fostering compassion through music. As Founder, Producer, and Arts Education Consultant at A Little Ray of Sun, Amy collaborates with various creative organizations to enhance arts education and produce performances. With significant roles at Los Angeles Philharmonic, Carnegie Hall, and other prestigious institutions, Amy has developed extensive educational initiatives and partnerships that benefit diverse communities. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Educational Theatre from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance from Samford University.
