Elsje Kibler-Vermaas has a wealth of experience in the field of education and community engagement, having worked in various roles at prestigious organizations such as Longy School of Music of Bard College, Hartford Symphony Orchestra, Concertgebouw, Los Angeles Philharmonic, J. Paul Getty Museum, and Vredenburg Utrecht. Currently, Elsje holds the position of Vice President of Learning at the Los Angeles Philharmonic, where Elsje also serves as the Acting Director of Education and Associate Director of Collaborative Learning.
