Kimberly Mitchell is the Production Manager at Los Angeles Philharmonic. Prior to their current position, they were the Director of Lifecycle Marketing at Rodan + Fields from June 2018 to May 2020. In this role, they were responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing lifecycle marketing automations, product launch campaigns, and all customer-facing CRM marketing campaigns and programs. Prior to their role at Rodan + Fields, Kimberly was the Sr. Director of CRM and Email Marketing at GUESS?, Inc. from October 2016 to April 2018. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing email marketing plans and programs to support business objectives across all channels including direct mail, catalogs, store events and digital media. Kimberly also managed a team of email marketers and analysts.

Before GUESS?, Kimberly was the Director of Customer Database and Email Marketing at Beachbody from October 2014 to October 2016. In this role, they were responsible for leading the

Kimberly Mitchell has a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics from the University of Ottawa and a Certificate in Magazine Journalism from Ryerson University. Kimberly also has certification from WSET — Wine & Spirit Education Trust in WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and from The Culinary Institute of America in Certified Wine Professional.
