Stephanie Yoon is a music industry professional with over four years of experience in artist services and operations management. Stephanie began their career in artist services with the New Hollywood String Quartet in January 2019, where they served as executive festival coordinator and artist liaison. In this role, Stephanie was responsible for coordinating travel and housing accommodations for over 15 musicians, drafting contracts, and tracking payments. Stephanie also attended all rehearsals and concerts to ensure the smooth operation of the festival, and connected with advertising and PR companies for promotional purposes.

In September 2017, Stephanie began working with the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra as artistic operations manager. In this role, Stephanie prepared contracts, managed schedules, and liaised for the Music Director and over 10 guest conductors, musicians, and composers per season. Stephanie also worked with finance to track and submit artist payments and reimbursements, booked flights and accommodations, and communicated with ground transportation drivers. Additionally, Stephanie maintained relationships with hotels, transportation services, and contractors, and strategized and implemented diversity, inclusion, and equity initiatives as a member of the EDI committee.

Stephanie’s experience in artist services and operations management has made their an invaluable asset to the Los Angeles Philharmonic, where they currently serve as manager of artist services. In this role, Stephanie is responsible for coordinating all aspects of artist travel and logistics, preparing contracts, and managing relationships with artists, agents, and managers.
