Chief Marketing Officer at Los Angeles Rams

Kathryn Kai-ling Frederick joined the Los Angeles Rams as Chief Marketing officer in 2021. In this role, she is responsible for defining and cultivating the Rams brand, serving as a key member in shaping the experiences and value proposition of the new SoFi Stadium and Entertainment District. Frederick will be creating a modern L.A. entertainment experience for the next generation of fans. She will look to usher fans back into the stadium.

Frederick is leading the evolution of the Rams business into a brand-centered organization with the development and rollout of a new brand strategy. As CMO, she is responsible for helping the organization bring the Rams brand to life and oversees various teams within the front office, including brand experience, creative services, guest experiences and demand generation, CRM, and analytics.

Prior to joining the Rams, Frederick was Chief Marketing Officer of LIveNation Entertainment. In that role, she focused on establishing modern marketing excellence and ensured LiveNation's was on the cutting edge of marketing practices.
