Kristen Kolbeck is an experienced professional in stadium operations, currently serving as the Director of Stadium Operations for the Los Angeles Rams since July 2016, following a career progression through various managerial and operational roles within the organization. Prior to this, Kristen gained valuable experience at the University of California, Berkeley, working in ticket operations and recruiting for Cal Athletics while also competing as a student-athlete in women's field hockey. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Education from the University of California, Berkeley and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
