Carina Sandoval

Carina Sandoval is currently an HR Solutions Partner at the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. Prior to this, Carina worked as an Human Resources Generalist at Smurfit Kappa from May 2019 to October 2019. Before that, they were with VCA Animal Hospitals from January 2016 to May 2019, where they held the position of HR Coordinator-People Services Lead. From September 2014 to January 2016, Carina worked as a Human Resources and Credentialing Representative at Proof Positive ABA Therapies. Carina started their career as an intern at The MDB Family in January 2014, where they assisted the Talent Management team with various projects and assignments. Carina has received training in new hire onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, HRIS, and employee relations.

Carina Sandoval has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside with a concentration in Human Resources Management. Carina also has a Human Resources Management Certificate from California State University, Long Beach. Carina is certified in Human Centered Design from the LUMA Institute and IDEO U in Insights for Innovation.
