Eli Beltran is the Manager of Volunteer & Partner Resources at the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. Eli has over eight years of experience in progressively complex customer service and administrative roles. Prior to joining the Food Bank, Eli worked as an assistant paralegal at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, one of the world's largest corporate immigration law firms. There, they prepared, processed, and managed 900+ corporate immigration cases for a team of four attorneys, maintaining a 100% approval rate. Eli was also responsible for providing client support and relationship management to 30 corporate clients, ensuring that highly sensitive information was entered and maintained across all accounts in accordance with internal procedures and policies.

Eli began their career in customer service as a barista at Philz Coffee. Eli quickly rose through the ranks to become one of the company's top performers, consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering exemplary customer service. Eli's ability to build relationships with customers and provide them with a positive experience led to him being promoted to assistant manager within six months of being hired.

Eli Beltran's educational career consists of English studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
