Joseph Shim

Joseph Shim has extensive experience in quality assurance engineering and software testing. Joseph currently serves as the Quality Assurance Engineer Lead at the Los Angeles Times since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer at INHIS Inc starting January 2017. Joseph also co-founded Luminwise LLC in March 2022. Joseph previously worked as a Senior Software QA Analyst at ODK Media, Inc from January 2020 to January 2023, and as a QA Analyst at INNOCEAN USA from May 2016 to January 2020. Their early experience includes working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Cambly Inc. for a brief period in 2014.

Joseph Shim holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including Introduction to Prompt Engineering for Generative AI, Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander, API Testing Foundations, Advertising on Facebook, and others from LinkedIn.
