Khant Kyaw

Khant Kyaw serves as a Talent Management Coordinator at the Los Angeles Times since February 2023, specializing in talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR support. Responsibilities include preparing offer letters, managing pre-employment screenings, scheduling interviews, and enhancing candidate experiences. Khant also administers training courses, tracks training progress, and co-develops leadership training programs for over 200 managers.
