Raha Rafiei

Raha Rafiei has extensive experience in IT service operations. Raha is currently serving as the Director of IT Service Operations at the Los Angeles Times since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager of IT Service Operations at the Los Angeles Times from February 2022 to June 2023. Before joining the Los Angeles Times, Raha worked at OSN for a significant period. At OSN, they held the role of Senior Manager of IT Service Operations from April 2019 to February 2022, where they were responsible for monitoring IT services, systems, and operations. Raha also served as a Service Operations Manager at OSN from March 2017 to March 2019. In this role, they were accountable for the smooth operational functioning of all IT services and developed and monitored processes and engagement models. Before becoming a Service Operations Manager, Raha was an IT Support Team Leader at OSN from 2003 to 2017. In this position, they managed service desk technicians, ensured effective service delivery, and consistently achieved high customer satisfaction rates.

Raha Rafiei holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Science and Culture University, which they obtained between 1997 and 2001. Raha also possesses additional certifications, including the ITIL Foundation Certificate, ITIL v3 Intermediate: Operational Support and Analysis (OSA), and ITIL v3 Intermediate: Service Offerings and Agreements (SOA).
