Stephanie Breijo

Stephanie Breijo is an experienced food reporter currently covering Los Angeles and California food news for The Los Angeles Times. In this role since July 2021, Stephanie writes the weekly "Quick Bites" column, highlighting new restaurant openings, pop-ups, and events. Prior to this position, Stephanie served as the Restaurants & Bars Editor for Time Out Group and freelanced for The Los Angeles Times. Additional experience includes roles as a food editor for Richmond Magazine, freelance writer for The Washington Post, and various positions in digital marketing and journalism starting from 2007. Stephanie holds a B.A. in English with a concentration in journalism from the University of Mary Washington.
