Bao Truong, Ph.D., earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Science from UCLA from 1998 to 2001. They then went on to complete a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Psychology and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cognitive Science at UC Irvine from 2002 to 2008. Bao Truong also holds a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in December 2021.
