Esther Tseng is an accomplished writer with extensive experience in the culinary and travel sectors. Currently serving as a writer for National Geographic Traveller (UK), SAVEUR, The New York Times, Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, and the Los Angeles Times, Esther has focused on food, cocktails, and nightlife, contributing to various prestigious publications since 2015. Additionally, Esther holds the position of Academy Chair for The World's 50 Best Bars and founded estarLA, a blog dedicated to Los Angeles's dining and nightlife scene. Esther's writing expertise is complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UCLA. Previous experience includes a freelance writing role with VICE Media from 2017 to 2024.
