Kathy McAdams has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. Kathy started their career in 1987 as the Director of Sales at Doubletree Hotels National Sales, where they focused on group sales in the mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. Kathy worked with associations, corporations, and government markets. In 1995, Kathy joined the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board as the Vice President of Convention Sales. Kathy has been in this role ever since. In 2008, Kathy became a part of the Professional Development Committee at PCMA Capital Chapter, where they served until 2010.
Kathy McAdams attended the University of Virginia from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
