Alexis Degrate

Alexis DeGrate, OTR/L, is an experienced occupational therapist currently serving as a School-Based Occupational Therapist for Los Angeles Unified School District and Averhart Collins Speech Therapy Services. Alexis previously held the same role at Pioneer Healthcare Services and The Stepping Stones Group, LLC, and has also worked as an Occupational Therapist at interface rehab, inc. Additionally, Alexis has experience providing treatment to diverse populations, including infants and young children through internships at MemorialCare Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital and interface rehab, inc. Alexis earned a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from West Coast University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from California State University, Long Beach.
