Daphne Congdon

Daphne Congdon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology and administration. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology, Finance & Administration at LAUSD since April 2008, Daphne previously held positions such as Chief of Staff/Assistant to the Chancellor at LACCD from January 2005 to 2008, and Special Assistant to the VP for Finance & Administration at the University of San Diego from 1998 to 2004. Earlier in Daphne's career, a role as a Marketing Analyst at Adelphia Communications Corp. was undertaken from 1989 to 1993. Daphne holds an MBA from the University of San Diego and a BBA from St. Bonaventure University, along with an AS from Jamestown Community College and additional education at Archbishop Walsh.
