Erin Trapp

Erin Trapp is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As the Executive Director of Colorado Thrives since February 2021, Erin focuses on fostering an inclusive community in Colorado through collaboration and innovation, supported by a group of influential Chief Executives. Previous positions include Executive Director of Carbon Vault, CEO and Executive Director of the Biennial of the Americas, and Vice President for Advancement and External Relations at Metropolitan State College of Denver. Erin also served as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Denver and held leadership roles in the Denver Office of Cultural Affairs. With a PhD in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BA in History from Swarthmore College, Erin combines a strong academic background with a commitment to community advancement.
