Jennifer Dobbs

Jennifer Dobbs is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the food processing industry. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Tomato Processing Facility since May 2020, Jennifer maintains an Excellent score in the production of Grade A tomato paste. Prior experience includes QA Supervisor at Olam International from July 2009 to May 2020, where responsibilities involved ensuring product safety through HACCP document review and overseeing lab staff and equipment. Jennifer also held roles as Shift Supervisor and Lab Technician at Olam International, focusing on equipment inspection and compliance with HACCP criteria. Earlier experience at SK Foods involved similar responsibilities in testing and data entry as a Shift Supervisor/Lab Technician. Jennifer earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the College of the Sequoias between 1999 and 2003.
