Jocelyn Maestas, M. Ed., is an experienced educator who has taught English at various grade levels in different schools. Jocelyn holds a Master of Education from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Education from The University of New Mexico. Maestas is currently working as an 8th Grade ELA Teacher & Gifted Teacher at Los Lunas Schools. Prior to this, Jocelyn held roles such as English Teacher, Grade Level Lead, Reading Specialist, and Teacher Ambassador at Solare Collegiate Charter School and Middle School English Teacher at MISSION ACHIEVEMENT AND SUCCESS CHARTER SCHOOL. Additionally, Maestas has experience as an English Teacher at The New America School - New Mexico and as a Student Teacher at Rio Grande High School.
