Tim Hagel

Tim Hagel serves as the Director of the Youth Conservation Corps, focusing on providing young adults and teens with opportunities in wild-land trails and fuel management while enhancing their job skills. In addition, Tim works with high-risk youth through gang intervention efforts at Safe Passage Youth Foundation, coordinating with various agencies to prevent crime and violence. Tim's commitment to community service is evident through board leadership roles at Los Robles Hospital, Clinicas del Camino Real, and Many Mansions, among others. Previous law enforcement experience includes serving as Chief of Police for the City of Thousand Oaks and the City of Fillmore, as well as various leadership positions at the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office.
