Chris Orlando

Chris Orlando currently serves as the Deputy Managing Director at the LOSSAN Rail Corridor Agency, a role that commenced in September 2024. With extensive experience in public transportation and marketing communications, previous positions include Chief Planning and Communications Officer at North County Transit District and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC. Chris co-founded Fit Pay, Inc. and was instrumental in building communications strategies across various companies, including NXT-ID Inc. and Carrington Mortgage Holdings.
