As the Founder and CEO of Lot Management Inc. since 1986, Stephen has led a commercial property maintenance company known for its team of experienced property managers and facility engineers. In addition, Stephen founded Harvey General Contractors in 1998, providing commercial construction services across the Western United States with a focus on cost control and value engineering. Since January 2015, Stephen has also served as the Founder and CEO of VIVO Landscape, and has been a Managing Member of Greenhorn Ranch since July 1962.
