Nick Martin

VP - Global Customer Operations at Lotame

Nick Martin has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Nick started their career as a Support Specialist at Alabanza Corporation in 2004. Nick then worked as a TCP/IP Technician at Chevy Chase Bank in 2009, where their responsibilities included the safe removal and replacement of rack-mount enterprise servers. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at Legg Mason, initially as a Technical Services Support III and later as a Supervisor at the Technology Service Center. In this role, they supervised daily operations, managed staff, and oversaw incident and problem management. Since 2011, Nick has been working at Lotame, starting as a Manager in Tech Services and gradually moving up in various leadership roles, including Director of Technology Services and Director of Global Client Services & Platform Education. In their current role as the VP of Global Customer Operations, their responsibilities involve managing global client operations and fostering relationships between clients and Lotame's Unifying Data Management Platform.

Nick Martin attended Franciscan University of Steubenville from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, with a focus on Computer Information Science.
