Yaakov Hadad is an experienced professional in the fields of occupational and organizational psychology, currently serving as the CEO of Lotem since 2008. Throughout tenure at Lotem, Yaakov has held various significant positions including VP of Planning & Operations and Head of the Public Division. Prior to joining Lotem, Yaakov contributed as a Research Assistant at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology within the Research Center for Work Safety and Human Engineering. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
