Keith Finlay

Keith Finlay worked at Lothian Buses from August 2006 to May 2022. During their tenure, they held various roles including Business Development Analyst, Business Development Manager, and most recently, Head Of Commercial. Prior to joining Lothian Buses, Keith worked as a Commercial Assistant at Transdev from November 2004 to August 2006.

Keith Finlay earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Transport Studies from Edinburgh Napier University between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained their HND in Civil Engineering from the same university from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, they hold a Certificate of Professional Competence in Passenger Transport, which they obtained from OCR in April 2012. Keith is also a certified Bus Driver, having received their certification from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) in September 2007.
