Donncha Carroll

Donncha is a founder and partner at Axiom Consulting Partners, based in the Chicago office, and leads Axiom’s Data Engineering & Science team.

Donncha has nearly 25 years of experience serving clients across a range of industries. He partners with leaders to develop their business or go-to-market strategy and then helps them realize those goals through better information management and deployment of resources, both people and technology. Donncha brings deep technical expertise combined with a very practical approach to implementation that appreciates the nuances that make each organization unique in how it can and will succeed.

Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners, Donncha was Chief Technology Architect at Hudson Human Capital Solutions where he designed, developed, and commercialized an enterprise software solution called TalentMax. He was a Partner at MPact Consulting and started his management consulting career at Sibson Consulting. He also spent a number of years as an Energy Engineer with Commonwealth Edison.

His research topic was Artificial Intelligence and Pattern Recognition Using Neural Networks. Donncha is a frequent speaker and writer on the topics of technical talent, workforce analytics, talent marketplace, and sales effectiveness. He has been published in Workspan magazine and the Journal for Organizational Excellence.
