Jay Russell

Jay Russell has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jay began their career as an ESL Teacher at Aston English School in 2010 and worked there until 2011. Following that, they joined Burns & Wilcox as a Commercial Underwriter/Broker from 2011 to 2015. In 2017, they joined Lotis Blue Consulting (formerly Axiom Consulting Partners) as a Manager, and later transitioned into the role of Principal in September 2022.

Jay Russell has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Consulting & Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, obtained between 2015 and 2017. Jay also holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics from Centre College, completed from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Jay has obtained several certifications, including B2B Marketing Foundations: Pricing Strategies and Pricing Strategy: Value-Based Pricing from LinkedIn, Workplace Analytics Specialist from Microsoft, and Hogan Assessment Certified from Hogan Assessment Systems. Jay has also completed various courses on topics such as blockchain, change management, leadership, and Microsoft Power BI Desktop.
