Carl Gerlach has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carl started their career as a Project Manager at The Martec Group before moving on to various roles at Kraft Foods, including Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager. Gerlach then worked at Allstate as a Senior Brand Manager before returning to Kraft Foods as a Brand Manager. Carl later joined Sara Lee as a Marketing Director for both the Hot Dog and Frozen Desserts Business Units. Gerlach then worked at Alberto Culver as a Marketing Director, where they revitalized the Skin Care portfolio. Carl continued their career at Unilever as the Director of U.S. Strategy and Planning for the Beauty Care business unit. Gerlach then rejoined Kraft Foods as a Senior Director, leading the Integrated Business Planning and Analytics function. Carl also held the role of Senior Director for Enterprise Integrated Business Planning at Kraft Foods. Gerlach then served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ruby's Naturals, anatural food company, before becoming a Director on the company's board. Carl'smost recent role was President and Chief Executive Officer at Maple Hill Creamery, where they successfully improved business growth and gross margins. Currently, Gerlach holds the position of President and Chief Executive Officer at Norseland, Inc.
Carl Gerlach received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in General Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business in 1989. Carl later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, completing their degree in 1996.
