Lauren Lotka

Lauren Lotka has a wealth of experience in the talent and executive search industry. In 2004, they began their career as a Studio Assistant at Jonathan Mannion Photography. Lauren then moved on to work as a PR Account Executive at Andoscia Communications in 2006. In 2007, Lotka took on the role of PR Associate at Prada. The following year, they became an Agent at Designers Management Agency. In 2009, Lotka was appointed Managing Director of the Creative Management Agency, where they worked with clients such as Helmut Lang, Theory, and Alexander Wang. In 2013, Lotka co-founded and became a Partner at ARTIFECT. Lauren then joined MAKE as an Advisor in 2019, and in 2020, they were hired as Principal of Bleeker Talent. Finally, in 2022, Lotka became a Founding Member of the old girls club.

Lauren Lotka attended New York University and subsequently earned a Bachelor's Degree from the New York University Gallatin School of Individualized Study.
