Zyrel Taaca

Zyrel Taaca has worked in the Human Resources field since 2012. Zyrel began their career at Dempsey Resource Management Inc. as a Senior HR Sourcing Specialist and Team Lead, where their duties included leading a team of 3 members, sourcing potential candidates for different positions, and inviting candidates for initial interviews. In 2016, they moved to Information Professionals, Inc. as a Recruitment Specialist and Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for sourcing potential candidates primarily for IT requirements, managing and monitoring job postings, and tracking candidate applications. Later that year, they joined Ascender HCM as an HR Recruitment and Talent Acquisition specialist for a special project. In 2017, they began working at YML Group as an HR Specialist, where they provided expertise in Recruitment for Manila and Sydney and executed Performance Reviews. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Lotka&Co as a Talent Operations Manager and Yondu, Inc. as a Recruitment Consultant.

Zyrel Taaca attended New Era University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
