Operations Team

The Operations Team at Lotte Chemical Pakistan is responsible for overseeing the efficient production and management of Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA) at the Port Qasim plant. This team ensures that all operational processes are streamlined, including plant management, maintenance, and utilities, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. They coordinate production schedules, manage shift operations, and oversee the maintenance of critical systems to optimize overall productivity and quality in the supply chain for the domestic polyester and PET industries.
