Donghee Yim

Donghee (Damon) Yim has a strong background in the chemical industry, with extensive experience at LOTTE CHEMICAL Corporation. Donghee (Damon) started their career at LOTTE CHEMICAL in 1990 as a Process and Production Engineer, and later held various roles such as Manager, Process Lead Engineer, Manager of Complex Operation Support Section, and Project Manager of Polycarbonate Plant. In 2011, they became the Vice President of Business Development, where they focused on searching for new business opportunities in the fields of Chemical, Performance Material, Bio, Water Treatment, Energy Storage, Battery Material, and more. Donghee (Damon) also focused on ESG business, particularly in areas like Green Hydrogen and Plastic Recycling, to contribute to protecting the environment. Currently, they are appointed as the President Director at PT LOTTE Chemical Indonesia.

Donghee (Damon) Yim attended Seoul National University from 1986 to 1990 and studied Chemical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended another unspecified institution from 1983 to 1985, majoring in an unknown field of study. In addition, they obtained a certification in Analyzing Global Trends for Business and Society from Coursera in June 2014.
