Mustanir Hasan

Mustanir Hasan has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Mustanir has worked in various companies and held different roles.

From 2015 to present, Mustanir has been the Head of Production at Lotte Kolson (Pvt.) Limited. In this role, they have been responsible for the production of all six plants, managing over 1500 labors and optimizing yield and wastage. Mustanir has also worked closely with the innovation department for the development and execution of new products.

Prior to Lotte Kolson, from 2014 to 2015, Mustanir worked as the Head of Technical Department at Hilal Foods (Pvt.) Ltd. and as the Manager Engineering at Philip Morris International from 2013 to 2014.

Before that, from 2010 to 2013, they worked at Engro Foods Limited as a Project Manager and then as an Engineering Manager. During their time there, they established and led the maintenance department, achieved several certifications, and managed inventory.

Earlier in their career, from 2008 to 2010, Mustanir held roles such as Deputy Construction Manager and Incharge Project Planning & Cost Control at Descon Engineering. Mustanir successfully completed construction projects with a strong focus on safety and led planning and cost control activities.

Mustanir started their career as a Project Engineer at Millat Equipment Limited from 2004 to 2008. In this role, they were responsible for construction scheduling, resource planning, and progress monitoring.

Mustanir Hasan earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Metallurgy & Materials Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore between 2000 and 2004. Mustanir then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Sciences at the Lahore College of Computer Excellence from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Mustanir Hasan obtained a certification in Project Management Foundation Budgets from LinkedIn Online Training Courses in April 2023.
