Gemma Bothe is an accomplished professional with a robust background in social impact and research. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for Social Impact and Data and Continuous Improvement at Lotterywest since July 2022, Gemma also holds a board member position at The Junction Co. Since March 2018, Gemma has contributed to Creating Communities Australia as Research Lead and Research and Engagement Officer.
