Mia Tonkin

Mia Tonkin is an experienced professional in corporate planning and reporting, currently serving as the Acting Senior Manager for Corporate Planning and Reporting at Lotterywest since September 2019. In this role, Mia is responsible for developing and maintaining the business planning and performance reporting functions, focusing on strategic and business planning frameworks. Prior to this position, Mia contributed to strategic planning as a Senior Business Planning Support Officer and managed Healthway's response to COVID-19 as an Acting Senior Project Officer. Additionally, Mia has experience as a Project Officer with the Department of Communities WA, supporting recovery efforts following Tropical Cyclone Seroja, and held several roles at Lotterywest including Senior Retail Support Officer and Management Support Officer. Mia's career began at VenuesWest and later included a position as Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Turner & Townsend. Mia holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Leisure Science and Tourism Management from Edith Cowan University.
