Abi Bates is a Customer Success Manager at Found by Lottie, with previous experience in sales and account management roles at Elder and River Island. Abi also has a background in journalism, working as a Reporter at BCB Radio & Yorkshire Voice and as a voluntary broadcast journalist at Global. Abi graduated from Leeds Trinity University in 2018.
