Ludovico Ciaccia

Ludovico Ciaccia has extensive experience in various roles within the Lottomatica company. Ludovico began their career at Lottomatica in 2006 as the Customer Middle Office & Risk Management Responsible at CartaLIS. In 2013, they became the Head of Risk Models and Operational Risk Management in the same company. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Head of Business Development, Execution & Process Excellence AWP at Lottomatica - IGT Lottomatica Videolot Rete. Recently, in 2020, they took on the position of Head of Process excellence & Customer management at Lottomatica. Prior to their time at Lottomatica, Ludovico worked as a Manager at Ernst&Young Financial Business Advisory and as a Supervising Senior at KPMG.
