Fabian Hadiji

Fabian Hadiji has a diverse work experience. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Business Intelligence at Lotum GmbH since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Lecturer at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences starting in September 2021.

From 2020 to 2022, Fabian Hadiji served as the Head of Data Science at Jodel, where they led Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Data Science teams. Fabian focused on collecting, storing, and transforming analytics data, as well as developing data products such as image moderation, content classification, and content recommendations.

Before joining Jodel, Fabian Hadiji was a Co-Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of goedle.io from 2015 to 2020. Fabian co-founded the company and played a crucial role in its management and growth. Prior to this, they also worked as a Junior Data Scientist at Game Analytics from 2012 to 2014.

Fabian Hadiji has a background in academia as well. Fabian pursued their PhD studies at TU Dortmund University from 2013 to 2015 and at Bonn University from April to September 2013. Additionally, they worked as a PhD Student at Fraunhofer IAIS from 2009 to 2013.

Fabian Hadiji obtained a Diplom in Informatik from The University of Bonn from 2003 to 2009. Fabian then pursued further education at TU Dortmund University and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning from 2009 to 2015.
