Claudio's entrepreneurial spirit was demonstrated through ownership of Stelaris Jóias from November 2008 to August 2015. Additionally, Claudio's career includes significant roles such as VP Operations and IT at Capital Lease GmbH, Operations Manager at Grupo Libra and Cia de Navegação Netumar, and Head of Logistics at Grupo Libra. Claudio holds an MBA in Business Administration from Ibmec and a Master's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
