Jim Ralston, PhD has over two decades of experience in various roles such as Project Manager/Scrum Master/Business Analyst, Program Manager, Senior Business Systems Analyst, Director of Claims Continuous Improvement, and Independent Consultant. Jim Ralston, PhD received their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tulane University in 1979. Before that, they attended Milton High School from 1973-1975. Jim then pursued their higher education and earned a PhD in Experimental Psychology from the University at Buffalo from 1981-1986. Jim also attended the University of New Orleans studying Experimental Psychology from 1979-1981. In addition to their academic degrees, Jim Ralston has obtained several certifications including SAFe Scaled Agilist from Scaled Agile Academy in 2014, Six Sigma Black Belt from General Electric in 2003, Agile Certified Practitioner from Project Management Institute in 2013, and Project Management Professional also from Project Management Institute in 2005.
